Our process

A process built for clarity, not surprises.

From the first conversation to the systems you run every day, here's exactly what to expect — including how you reach us and what you can see for yourself.

How an engagement works

Six steps, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A focused call to understand what you're running today, what's not working, and what success looks like.

  2. 02

    Proposal & scope

A clear, written proposal — scope, timeline, and cost laid out before any work begins. No surprise fees.

  3. 03

    Kickoff

Once you're in, we set up access: your dedicated Slack channel, support portal login, and a shared timeline.

  4. 04

    Build & deploy

Regular check-ins as the work happens, with reproducible infrastructure and zero-downtime deploys.

  5. 05

    Launch

Go-live, verified. We smoke-test everything before calling a project done.

  6. 06

    Ongoing support

Tickets, monitoring, and reporting through the support portal — plus direct access to the team via Slack and email.

Staying in the loop

How we communicate.

No guessing where to send a question or how long you'll wait for an answer.

Email

Project updates, proposals, and anything that needs a paper trail land in your inbox.

A dedicated Slack channel

Each client gets their own Slack channel for day-to-day questions — quick answers without waiting on a ticket.

Response time

We aim to respond within 1 business day, and faster for anything urgent.

Support portal & dashboard

A home base for support requests.

Retainer clients get access to a dedicated portal — currently rolling out — for tickets, status, and reporting, alongside direct access to the team.

Submit tickets

Request support directly through the portal — no digging for the right email address.

Track status

See where each request stands, from submitted to in progress to resolved.

Service reports

Get a record of the work performed on your systems — useful for your own records or peace of mind.
