Terms of Service
Effective date: August 25, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bright Thought, LLC ("Bright Thought," "we," "us," or "our") website located at brightthought.co (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided to share information about Bright Thought's services and to allow visitors to request a consultation, submit a project inquiry, or request a free AWS audit. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any other visitor.
3. Submissions through our forms
When you submit information through our contact form or audit request form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, contract, or obligation on either party's part — that happens only once a separate written agreement is signed.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Bright Thought, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our prior written permission.
5. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including client project sites, that are not owned or controlled by Bright Thought. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bright Thought does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Thought shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
